Fortunately, the post-ship tuning that I can manipulate gives me a lot of control over the system, so even if some balancing is needed you have my word it will get done.

That said, I already told the gameplay team that I'm going to be EXTREMELY stingy this year when it comes to post ship tuning and gameplay patch fixes. We really only want to fix the issues that everyone agrees needs to be addressed so you guys aren't constantly having to re-learn the game.
Yes, don't listen to all the whiners about things being 'too hard'. Challenge to master controls is highly welcomed.

This is all very similar to every year in the past.

"Rebounding is WAY better"
"Now you have total control over dribbling"
"Now you need skill to win"
"MyPlayers are going to be different this year"

I'm not saying it's going to be BAD, but I wish they would SHOW instead of TELL. It's getting old hearing the same hype points year after year.

Oh good. I'm glad someone said what I was thinking.

And I love and agree with this. Absolutely love this.

Hopefully, they are a lot more fluid. Russ and Kyrie will be problems if so. Can't wait to lock them up in MyCareer.

Some points are pretty detailed and not something you can lie about that have me excited, but yes I agree in generalities, something like 'rebounding, post work overhaul' Is better shown than told.

Still the fact they are hinting at improved rebounding, dribbling, responsiveness, crowd, etc, is better than NOT mentioning it.. Still a positive. You can't say some of these improvements, whether minor or not, aren't terrific. Rotations, crowd, responsiveness, dribbling, less canned, more user control, etc.

As long as I can avoid every video of that smug Ronnie2k absolutely sucking at the game and just non stop 'er ma gahd er ma gahd so good so good er ma gahd just the gameplay man SO GOOD unbelievable, like that dunk DID YOU SEE THAT DUNK!! That was omg SO sweet, so 2K man. OMG between the legs dribble!!!! SO SICK'

He's like a mix if Kanye and DJ Khaled.

So dumb one time I watched him play a head to head vs another 2K guy and he started bitching at the game.. Like blowing his cover as the hype man..He was such a sore loser he couldn't even refrain from ripping on the game he's suppose to be promoting. Literally would say things like 'that shouldn't happen, that's so dumb catch it! Why didn't he catch it'. I was dying thinking he was forsure losing his job.. Then the other guy hit a Kobe gamewinner and he started crying even more how bad of a shot that was too and so confused (showing he doesn't know basketball either saying that about Kobe).
Anyone remember this? Think it was 2k14 a week before release. Can't believe this guy still has a job. Now he desperately tries to be cool for the hot chick on 2ktv
