Am I the only one seeing boatloads of lag in certain cutscenes?

Certain cutscenes, specifically when they do the sit-down player interviews, it's literally unwatchable. Probably running at 5 fps or so, shows the face for a fraction of a second and then goes right back to gameplay.

Other times it shows on free throw animations and pre game intros where it runs at literally 5-10fps, plays for a few seconds and then skips. During pregame intros the voices actually speed up to hurriedly finish speaking the lines before the three announcers take over.

Never used to happen. Started noticing it more and more over the past few weeks. Haven't seen anyone talk about this though.

Lots of frame drops and lag in general is what I've been noticing.
