Pre order bonus, where do I claim it?

Just wondering if anybody knows where to claim it? Im on ps4, will I get an email from psn Or how does this work? This is the 1st time getting the digital game for me

IIRC the game itself gives you a prompt (at least in 2K15), and you claim items at your leisure from the in-game Rewards screen. VC meanwhile is automatically added to your account (with an on-screen prompt when you load up the game).

In my case I ended up paying for the game twice due to a download debacle (I was not able to play the game for two full days despite the pre-load) and randomly received a SECOND pre-order bonus like 2 months later.

(As an aside, the game did not permit me to have two copies of the rookie Kevin Durant MyTeam card, so I basically got a handful of VC for $65).
