What is the most realistic game play level? What level does DaCZar play on? I feel that Superstar simulation is too much cheese and All-star simulation is a little too easy. I don't want to touch with sliders.

Why wouldn't you want to change the sliders??
You are the kind of gamer they are specifically aimed at who finds all star too easy and ss too cheesy/hard.
