If he keeps getting technical fouls and you get to the line, what's there to complain about? The fact that it holds up the game?

Yeah there should be some way to force people like that to quit and take a loss, but you have realize that people who do stuff like that are probably about 10 years old and they don't know any better.

Yes, that is exactly what he is complaining about. And for good reason. Since time never runs out somebody can do this for hours.
