connecting to opponent

whenever i try to play a mypark game,it goes into the match then i get countdown for connecting to opponent then i get disconnected,any other online modes work but not my park or EVEN the stage

It may have something to do with your profile. This happens to me when I try to play a ranked game. Works fine if I switch to my second profile though.

I opened a ticket with 2K a few weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. I'd be ok with the workaround if my VC could be used on my primary profile...

whats annoying to me is it will have the gamertag your about to play and says schronzing info for like 1 minute and then back to searching for head to head games then connect to another opponent, very annoying
