Blocks in 2k15 (Next Gen)

Are the types of blocks in the new game on next gen?

Often Nerlens Noel doesn't just go chest-to-chest with players for his blocks. A lot of the time he waits for the ball to hang in the air, then throws it back. Is this possible in 2k15? Obviously this would create the need for perfect timing, or else it could be a goal tend.

See how he waits for the shot, then meets the ball in the air, without touching the offensive player? Kind of meeting the ball half way, he did this a lot in college as well.

Also here at 2:19, 2:22, and 2:34. I know Noel isn't the only player who does this, but I can't think of specific plays that NBA players have done this. Its more of protecting the rim, than actually BLOCKING a player's shot. I love it.

Sorry off top but How do u manual cut? I press L1 player icon and when I go to cut him with the right stick my player still does dribble moves.
