Seriously whose bright idea is it to make everything connected online?

I Can't even make simple changes to the Roster without going thru the whole upload and download process. In the meantime, Im stuck with the " Please Wait" message.

You suck and don't deserve a job anymore.

I can probably bet this was an issue encountered during testing, but yet you were too lazy to fix it
