With a mode this deep we definitely need cross year saves, no way I will have the time to complete multiple seasons in one year.
2K Sports is something like this in the works? Where we can save our MyLeague progress and port it over to the next version of NBA 2K.

I would honestly like D-League in at some point. Even if it requires using some of the top free agents who don't get sign within two months of the season being placed on the teams.

Thats what would actually happen. The trick was to make every player in the d-league 45 and they'd all retire. The next year the d-league would be filled with real players from free agency.
