Is there any way to recover it? I am not techie as well so please help me step by step.

I spent lots of VC and hours to strengthen my player but I stupidly deleted my file. Is there any way to recover it on PS4?

Feel bad for you, but the answer is no. It's always safe to make backup file or two.

Send a email to 2K support and say your file was corrupted and you deleted it but would like compensation.
You don't get the file back but you might recover some VC...

If they let you. I'm just giving you pretty much the only option.

Your files should automatically back up to the cloud if you have the feature on
