Recently played game 5 in the Finals of Coach2k's League and it was a controversial finish. At the 30 second mark Jason Smith is called for the foul as Tyreke scores. The Hawks didn't agree with the call. Was it correct?

The tip was before the foul so it should count.

If the foul occurred after the tip, it is correct. In real life, most refs are either going to call the foul and waive the basket or no call that situation.

Fyi this entire situation is hilarious even though I was the aggrieved party. The call was horrible. The photos clearly show the foul by smith on korver occurring and being completed before t yreke shoots the ball. Foul starts at 3.7 and ends at 3.3. Ball still in evans hands.

Had to set the record straight. Joe Crawford was the ref who did this to me.

Tough call . Even though the foul starts when Tyreke tips the ball the refs blew the whistle afterwards.

And yes Korver should be shooting Freethrows . They're in the Bonus

This was a crucial call and a big swing in the series. The series was tied 2-2 during this game. Rob is definitely the best Hawks users I've played.

Looks like a flop from kover shoud of been a no - call

IRL refs always (every single time) swallow their whistle during to finals seconds of a close game
