I haven't been able to get past the NBA team logo screen since Saturday. I can play Madden and COD online just fine so I know the problem isn't on my end. Is anyone else still having problems with the servers? This is such a beautiful game and basketball is my favorite sport but if I cant play the game what's the point of having it? If I keep having problems this week I'm trading in 2k and getting fifa.

If you're on Xbox one go to the settings and check your internet connection. Usually works for me

I'm on PS4 and I've tried that among many other things. I'll probably be trading this tease of a game in tomorrow.

If you are just getting a black screen after the logo screen, you may need to wait. Some people are seeing this take up to 10 minutes. I have had this problem and it seems to come and go. Reinstalling seemed to help for a little while, but it comes back.

I don't have any issues at all on PS4... how are you connecting? If it's wireless do us all a favor and run a ethernet cable to hardwire it.

I've always been hard wired and I have a lot of problems. I have a solid internet connection as well. Consider yourself lucky.
