VC in MyGM Question

I haven't started my official MyGM yet because I'm waiting for a solid set of rosters and patch to come out that will allow me to have a decent 6th man without him requesting a trade (among other issues that are discussed on the boards). However I have messed a round with it enough to see all the GM abilities you have to purchase with VC, such as ability to set rotations.

My question is, do you only buy each ability once and it carries with you if you start a new MyGM, or do you have to start from scratch every time? Seems like you could burn a ton of VC playing a MyGM, but then if a blockbuster trade happens in the real world and you want to restart to have it reflected in your game mode, you might be screwed if the abilities don't carry over.

Everything carries over so far that I have seen. I have restarted several times and everything carries over except when you spend vc on training camp at the end of the season.

i hate that they make you spend that much vc for training camp. They really need to have an option for sim users. the old one was great, earning points through the season to use at the end of the year.
