Who do I ask for my money back?

This is not a rant, so do not come in this thread with your crybaby complaints you are not happy with this or that. I love 2k14 next-gen and feel like more people would be chasing down next-gen systems if they just played this game once.

I am talking about I have spent $60 on VC packs in the combined 6 times I have had to start mycareer over. That's like buying the game twice, and since I never was told not to start over myplayer after error code CE-34878-0, I feel I was misled as a consumer so I have no problem asking for some sort of compensation.

I have dealt with bugs and glitches before, comes with the word "new", again, this is not a complaint on them rushing the game out, that's understandable, but I should not have to lose money trying to support a product being acknowledged as broken in some areas.

So who is at fault here? Some say a Sony patch mistake, some say 2K, who is responsible for the mycareer error code crash?

To save time, its totally possible to go into my transaction history and see the purchases I have made involving NBA 2K14, so do not say its on me when i was never told that spending money was at my own risk.

Simply go put in a ticket and show proof of the error you will get refunded..

Ticket? So we are clear, you say put in a ticket AND show proof of the error. Is the "ticket" the proof or what and the error gets reported to Sony everytime it comes up. But my question is really , what is a ticket? I have never heard of such a thing.

My transaction history should be all the proof necessary.

He means a ticket with 2ksupport, its like proof that your making a complaint, they will give you a # (ticket) for future dealings until the problem is resolved.

I did this on twitter and they do help, but I already traded the game in.

You were so desperate you spent more than once. You don't need it back and I'm sure 2k happy you paid multiple times. Fools like you are the reason online community in gaming is dying.
