Non-ending Injuries

Is there a fix or a work around for the never ending injury bug plaguing the MyGm mode besides turning injuries completely off?

I know there is a bug topic but it's more people posting the bugs they've come across rather than potential fixes.

I've only seen another person or so actually bringing this up so I don't know if it's something I'm doing that is causing it or what?

Would re-installing (not even sure if that is possible) the game fix this?

What's the non-ending injury bug? Sorry, I've never heard of it. Can you explain? Thanks.

Pretty much a player on your team or CPU team gets a normal injury, let's say Sprained Ankle 2-4 weeks.

Well the problem is, he never recovers from the injury.

Even if you simulate through the whole season and into the next season he'll still be at 2-4 weeks.

It pretty much is ruining the game for me.

Turn off injuries, then turn them back on. That fixes the issue

Small world, I'm from Buffalo as well.

What do you mean, start the MyGm mode with them off and the turn them on when you enter?

Or at any point just off - save then on - save?

And while you're in MyGM mode, and this bug occurs, turn injuries off, that will fix the issue with guys being out forever with 1-2 week injuries.

That's a temporary fix to the issue until they patch it

Grumble grumble.

I deleted my first franchise after being 2 months deep.

Deleted my second after a month in.

Better late than never I guess.
