How can I be allowed to utilize a full 15 player roster in MyNBA (new feature buggy?)

Anyone know what staff abilities actually do in MyNBA? I noticed whether I turn them off or on, players get the exact same attribute boosts regardless.

Is gameplay better with one or the other?

I would like to have no attribute boosts in MyNBA, but staff abilities doesn’t appear to be tied to that?

I’m going through the process now, but in settings there are a bunch of settings that impact this. Try turning off chemistry as well as that impacts player boosts when your team chemistry goes up.
