With the exception of the roster mod, are all these mods for PC only? Thanks.

Re: 10 Best Mods for NBA 2K25

Great to see mods finally getting a bit of the OS spotlight, and I appreciate the inclusion of my ESPN scoreboard in the round-up. One minor correction: It says "only an alpha version exists," but there is a beta version, it's just in paid early access right now (which I understand not highlighting if you want to stick to free mods). For the curious, one can see the beta version in action here (and it also includes way more than just the scoreboard):

The whole presentation above will be free after the NBA Finals.

Also here's a user of my mod who is using it with a bunch of other mods as well (to get a better sense of how the presentation looks in the context of a broader set-up):

Anyway, one other thing about this article is that ideally the writer would credit the creators of these mods. It's not just a matter of etiquette (which doesn't even affect me in this case since the thumbnail image has my name) but also practicality, since a lot of mods have really generic titles and are mainly differentiated by who made them.

For instance, the article refers to the lighting mod as the "Realistic Lighting mod," whereas Shuajota's site says "NBA 2K25 30 NBA Arenas with Realistic Lighting," and the actual image thumbnail says "Realistic Arenas." Compare that to a different lighting at 2KSpecialist's site (link) in which the site describes the lighting as "NBA 2K25 Natural Stadium Lighting Mod (30 Teams)," and the actual image thumbnail says "Realism Lightings." That's a lot of variation in the titling, but the important thing is simply that the first one is the realism-oriented set by Hela and the second one is the realism-oriented set by DOA 4400. Not trying to be nitpicky, just saying that "Don't miss the Realistic Lighting mod!" is meaningless without clarifying whose realistic lighting mod is being referred to. Shuajota's site is linked of course, but ideally the meaning would be clear without having to refer to an external source (and one in this case that has been having frequent outages; all of those links could be dead tomorrow, though hopefully not of course).

Hey mate, appreciate that, I'll get the article updated to give proper credit to all involved, thanks for the feedback and all you do for the 2K community!
