Defensive Settings Disrespect

Sorry for the strange title but does anyone know how to get soft and hard hedge settings to work or even double? I’ve tried for hours with all different combinations to get them but no dice so far. Would appreciate any help or a patch from Da Czar and co!

For the old-gen PC version defensive settings (especially offball settings which didnt work properly for about 2-3 years) worked when the game came out, but somewhen after some patches, it seems back to "normal" when seetings don´t seem to work properly every game.

In New Gen defensive settings like double, hedge or switch work unbelievably good. Coming from old gen that have the issues you're talking about, I was really surprised.

Maybe your settings didn't save? It works perfectly fine for me. Here's an example of hard hedge:

I would recommend turning on team communication in coach settings. Here's an example of doubling in the PnR. You can see both player yelling double and going for Lebron.
