When I go to the app store it says my phone is not compatible. Has anyone else seen this? And if so were you able to get it to work? Thanks

Yep had the same thing happen to me, was on a Samsung S10+. Was due an upgrade anyway so got a S23+, worked fine.

Someone with more tech knowledge will explain it better than me, but apparently it's something to do with the Android OS version you're using and the older phones can't update to that version.
