I just read that New Balance will be releasing the Kawhi 4 on April 25th. New Balance is really good at adding new shoes in 2K when they release a new model, so I would expect this to be added soon.

Yea, I'm sure they won't grace '24...I can't remember the last time 2K shoes met MY expectations. I emphasize "MY" expectations.

They won’t release for retail until almost August, so even if 2k update their shoes more regularly, we wouldn’t see them until then. Which at that point they would just add them to 2k25 anyway.
