Request: Something in between Casual and Sim Sliders for NBA 2K20

Not sure If I'm allowed to make a thread like this. But I was wondering if there are any sliders out there for 2k20 that are kind of in between casual and sim. I don't have that much time to learn all the mechanics of the game or try to play full sim style. I just wanna kick back and enjoy the game when I get time to play it. Some back and forth action.

Does anyone have any links to recommended sliders? (I'm on PC).
