I've been searching through every thread for an answer to in game injuries as well. Haven't seen any since NBA 2K18 when they "fixed" the ankle injury bug. As for simulated injuries, I have seen plenty and they also scale with the injury sliders in MyLeague under "difficulty". Not having in game injuries makes MyLeague incredibly boring.

Yeah - the only injuries I remember seeing in my seasons show up during simmed games or when simming between games. I can't recall the last time I got an in game injury either.

Yo bro I love these sliders been using them since 2k19. I also use these on switch and just got it on my xbox and just uploaded them there. I hope you don't mind I made them online. I couldn't give you credit as the title would've been too long (I tried). Just incase you see and think someone tried to steal the credit, it's not that just want them available because they are good. And to add I get injuries all the time.
