Try using game speed at 47 or 48 and changing the last two player min speed settings to 25 without ball and 20 with ball.

I was testing this today.

My goal is to have normal speed when not accelerating and and explosiveness when accelerating.

Changing what I mentioned should help what you pointed out though.

It’s a personal preference. I’ve never used the shot meter. Give it a try, it may work out for you.
