Hall of Fame difficulty animations

After spending the last couple of weeks tinkering with difficulty and sliders. Surprising I found HOF to have the most balanced movement.

For the record, I started with HOF settings then changed all the CPU and User slider to 50. I'm seeing the zero quick burst or other bull**** I see from the CPU on the lower difficulties. The CPU and Player move at a consistent rate and seem to play true to their stats. I think HOF difficulty with slight tweaks can give us simheads amazing gameplay.

Give it a shot.

Yes, I also play on 10 minute quarters. That equates to 80-90 shots per team.

In my games with a value of 50 the CPU pulls too little from three and this does not seem realistic
