I definitely think defense plays better with help defense strength at 100. Bigs actually crowd and try to protect the paint. On-ball defense is overpowered at default so I like to lower that to help with more blow by's like you see IRL. Help defense maxed out helps to compensate for less sticky on-ball D.
I have Defensive Awareness at 99. It seems to work better with my sliders. Any little change in sliders effect other areas. At 100, the defense wouldn't swing it's hands for blocks and kept doing the vertical jump. It also wasn't reaching unless someone attempted a layup/dunk. I have help D at 50 because at 100 the slightest movement by offense would cause off ball defenders to move out of place to help. It leads to open jumpshots/cutters left and right. Especially in human vs human games. Also pick and roll defense can get torn apart easily. I noticed it before even adding it to my sliders but wanted to see if others would also which they did. Once I brought it back down to 50, people enjoyed it more and are loving the sliders.

Facts, I was playing a game and everything was out of sorts, really whacky. CPU running the same play the whole game, shooting 55 3pters, players glitching into each other, horrible defensive rotations, all the mean while the CPU can do anything they want, I really want to enjoy this game but it's a frustrating experience.
