I'm all over the place lol. Several ppl inboxed me to leave this set alone and I was pulled in by the dark side of the force to do another slightly different one. Try Eggie2.0 in the other thread. Download it and see how it is for you. Cpu shooting is at 45 in that one but you can lower it to 37, 40, or 43 if it's too hard for you

I'm 99% sure this isn't true, since I tested at one point to figure out whether or not the sliders make you foul more or draw more fouls, and there was a major difference with Shooting Fouls set to 0 compared to 100.

You should do some experiments to ensure this is correct.

Actually I have. Also, that's for getting the cpu to the line more. Many of us have experimented with this and it is well known on this board already. Bumping shooting fouls to 100 "alone" does not impact the "CPU" getting to the line at a high rate consistently. The cpu tendencies need to be corrected to help with this. You pretty much jumped into a topic where you weren't clear what was being spoken of. The topic was getting the cpu to the line more consistently. 1. The cpu isn't aggressive enough. 2. Because the cpu isn't as aggressive as it needs to be, no matter where you put the shooting foul slider, the cpu will not take advantage of it enough to keep par with the user in terms of free throws in most games period. Now when tendencies are fixed, you will notice more of a difference.

In other words, the shooting foul slider works as intended. The cpu just doesn't take advantage of it due to player tendencies. So simply bumping it to 100 won't provide a drastic difference. Hope you understand now.

Now in user vs user games, you will end up at the foul line all game long if shooting fouls are at 100.

Dude CPU shooting at 45 across the board is challenging, but it's just too much. Derozan is constantly hitting lean in fingerrolls against Giannas. Maybe dock the cpu 1 point from 45? Love the thought process on the change though.
