I downloaded from 2kshare but the third and fourth entry in the sliders are on the defensive to the CPU 65 and not 60 as it is written on the front page

You are indeed right. I missed that. They both were supposed to be 60. Try a game with both at 60. I may consider both at 65 for user and cpu later. I fixed it on Share. Sorry about that.
