Reducing CPU Shooting fouls

The fouls in the paint are driving me crazy right now. Especially in My Career. Which slider(s) can I tweak to reduce the called shooting fouls without impacting the scoring? I'm playing default All star right now and there are just too many shooting fouls in the paint which results in way too many And1 plays. Wrecks the flow of the game. Any help is appreciated.

Inside contact frequency, first.

Then, you might have to lower inside shot success, and/or raise layup defense sliders to compensate for any increases in field goal percentage.

Keep in mind that doing these things (reducing FTAs) will raise FGAs, so then further adustments may need to be made.

I'm ok with FGA increasing I just want to reduce the fouls being called on shots in the paint. I'll start with the inside contact frequency and see how it goes. Thanks a bunch for the info.
