Anyone have accurate coach point of emphasis?

I was looking in the roster and noticed you can fix the coaches points of emphasis/style of play.

I didn't know that they actually carry over to myleague. I am wondering if anyone has done them all and feel like they are accurate. I have tried and noticed a some better results, but I don't actually know every coaches style. The ones I didn't know much of I just did play through stars, changed some to patient offense. Defense is the main one I am having problems with, I would like to think everyone has physical but I left most of them. Limit transition or protect the paint is another one I don't know for every team.

Yep! I used various stats to determine each setting for each team.

Go to edit roster, click R2 or L2 if on PS4. It will be one of the screens like the minutes type screen.
