I Actually Had this issue myself and i changed it in my latest sliders, i upped ball handling to 56-58-60... try it out.

i appreciate all the feed back, i am still looking to tweak the speed to make it perfect where double animations doesn't happen and where the first step from the offense player gets them by the defender most of the time.
