REMEMBER Player Lock.
Notes:
#1) This is slightly higher for balancing issues between scoring on good defense versus behind a bad inside scorer and scoring on good defense.
#2) Fixes balancing issues between offense and defense near the hoop
#3 Through various months of MyLeague we noticed players like James Harden or 3 year pros (offensive stars) getting by the best of defenders, like Russell Westbrook (99 Lateral Quickness) and Paul George (High Lateral Quickness). Therefore to slow this down On-Ball defense was increased.
#4 Without this slider, your star teammates that can score will be unable to score consistently unless its LeBron James. Oddly enough for 2 years of MyLeague without this Paul George averged 12 PPG. Fixing this has him averaging 19.7 PPG. It has fixed many averages.

Please post replies and what you think should be fixed. I'm always open to constructive criticism.
