12 minute quarter HOF simulation sliders?

Does anyone have a good template for a full length HOF game sliders? I want to keep scores low, especially considering it's a 12 minute quarter game, I would like realistic scores, and Game's that can finish in the high 80s or early 90s,with the occasional game that hits about 105+ per team

Looking for something that emphasizes defense, and makes rebounding competitive and keeps both teams shooting percentages anywhere from 43-52% from the field per game

I am really enjoying Sim HOF with 10 minute quarters right now. So far I've had some very good results, which surprised me.
