User timing with shot timing impact at 0

Does anyone know if user timing matters at all if the shot timing impact slider is lowered to 0? It's becoming too easy to green shots on HOF now that I've been playing with the Celtics for over a month.

To my understanding, lowering the shot timing impact slider to zero is essentially the same as turning on real fg%. I'm really hoping that timing would still have a minor impact on shot success.

I figured this out in both 2k23 & 2k24. Its harder to explain but easier to see when playing. in 2k24 shot timing impact set to ZERO automatically changes it from user timing and sets it shooting to Real Player%. White makes essentially have to be balanced with the shot timing impact slider and the actual shooting sliders. There's more to it but that's the basics
