How to counter the "green-or-miss" of NBA 2K23

Greetings.

I'm playing NBA 2K23 on PC and am frustrated as hell by the green or miss mechanic. I can't shoot for the life of me.

Is there a way to adjust sliders so that I don't have to be PERFECT to make a jumpshot?

Have you tried real player %? A lot of people live by it.

I'm running into the opposite problem after playing with the Celtics for the past month. It's becoming too easy to green open looks with most players, and I'm shooting 62% from three with Tatum through 16 games on HOF difficulty.

Does anyone know if there's a way to decrease the green window while allowing a small % of slightly early/late release to go in? I've lowered the shot impact timing slider to 1 and I still green too many shots. Everyone says that turning it to 0 is the same as turning on real fg%.
