Slider Impact on Sim Live Stats

Looking for some insight from the experts.

My usual course of action when playing MyNBA games is to play the 1st and 4th quarters while simming the 2nd and 3rd quarters through Sim Live. The issue that I'm running into is that my team is performing WAY better than what they should while the CPU is significantly underperforming during those 2nd and 3rd quarter Sim Live simulations. This leads to me having consistently high scoring advantages when I step back in during the 4th quarter to finish the game out.

Does anyone know what sliders I could be changing to ensure a more fair statistical outcome? I know the easiest advice is to just play the entire game, but I like to be efficient with my time. Plus, I have been doing this with 2k for years without issue, so I would like to continue with the practice if possible.
