How to download Player DNA?

Can someone explain to me how to do this? I'm super confused.

When you create a player or edit a player in a Draft Class, there is an Option for Importing Player DNA.
Then you can choose if you want to recreate an existing player or download from the community.

And to follow up on that, you want to scroll down when you are creating or editing a player....the import/export DNA menu options are at the bottom of the player editing menu.
