Looking for Base Historic Roster for Fantasy Draft (PS4)

I'm looking for a base historic roster to create a MyLeague. I believe one was created last year. I would be happy to help with the project, but very new to creating rosters.

Basically, the roster had one of each player at his prime attributes and age. You then could create a MyLeague with fantasy draft and draft players. Last year, I drafted all current active players to take on the all-time greats.

Search username Justincollins155. Dude made the deepest historical roster ever. Fantasy draft one, says that in title. You'll want to adjust tendencies before playing. Last I heard he still intends to do more work on it, but he's doing a Chinese roster first

I do intend to add more players. This insane euroleague roster will be taking my time for awhhile. Around 70 teams in total. 20 of those being CBA.
