Trading injured players!?

Am I able to trade injured players? I need to match trades on my custom roster.

How am I supposed to build a custom roster if I can't trade injured players?! Injured players can be traded in real life, so why not in this game? This is truly making me angry.

Anyone have a work around so that I can trade injured players and match the trade deadline trades? ... either via a roster editor, etc. I'm using xbox one btw.

You cannot trade them but you can assign them to the other team.

Be forwarned, injured players don't count for a roster spot. ex: Nuggets have 15 players. 4 are injured. therefor, Nuggets have 11 players.

You cannot release or assign injured players if you have 12 or less players.

What I did to put Miller on the Wizards, Sign D.J. Mbenga and Brian Cardinal as place holders, THEN throw the injured player on new team. The place holder FA for me was dropped to 25 OVR and stored on bench. They'll have to stay there until another player is added to the teams roster.

This is not the case in the Andre Miller deal, however, because Jan Vesely was traded to the nuggets, effectively giving them 12 players.

Just wanted to throw this out there, because I'm sure Miller isn't the last injured guy to be traded today.
