Any LEGIT Sim Association Style Leagues (XB1)

I need a league that doesnt have creeps who try to get over when the admins arent looking or when they know they have admin support. I league were people dont play just to be the leading scorer, and jack with their favorite player to achieve that.

I need a league with realistic rules, On Ball D is a must, and some sort of realistic offense rule.

I need a league thats going year to year with rookie drafts, progression n regression would be nice but not required.

Im not sure i can handle 12 minutes. I play multiple games (titles). I appreciate the offer n ill consider, because i really want a league

I'm intersted. I run a league but need another when opponents aren't available. 12 mins is right up my alley. I'll def check it out. Trying to get in ASAP.
