I've suspected he'll be released today since Chinese New Year is coming up this weekend, but alas no dice. He's my favorite player in real life and in 2K, so I'm clamoring for him right now haha. Anybody else waiting on the Yao card, or heard anything of his release date?

Haven't heard anything.

It's brutal waiting so long to play with your favourite players, it's a damn shame. All the current and historic lineups should be released from day 1. I think 2k hopes to get people to buy packs all season long this way, but what ends up happening is people get bored of playing the game and move on to another game, regardless of what cards are available.

Yup just like diamond Kareem by the time that thing drops I'll be done with MyTeam. Smh

you guys are right. there are some very good Historic cards I would like to have but have no idea when they are coming. Yao would be huge for pack openings. he needs to be released now. not sure what they are waiting on.
