Auction House still down?
Mine still says it is under maintenance. Is this the case for anyone else on xbox1?

Been working all day for me on PC. Not to make you worried but did you do anything crazy yesterday afternoon when the card dupe thing was going on?

No I wasn't even able to use the auction at all yesterday

If you didn't glitch or anything, try closing and reopening the app a few times. That's what got the house back for me after the maintenance was done.
