I see it shows players values but why can't you buy players?

I need Gerald Green (bronze) and it'd be nice to be able to trade in Paul George and CP3 for Durant or something

because it is stupid when literally everyone has the exact same players. That's what ruined last year's game.

The values shown are the MyTeam points you will receive if you sell them back via the market.

I do think the values of gold players needs to be higher because it doesn't make any sense that it cost 45000 MT to buy a gold pack and Lebron(the best player that can be pulled in the pack) sells back for about 13000 MT. This is why it sucks so much when you pull a duplicate.

Agree with this as well. But it helps that they actually gave legends value in next gen
