Dynamic difficulty - Help - Need reset!

Does any one know how to reset the Dynamic Difficulty mid-franchise?

I'm trying to set it to what I think is a sweet spot at HOF + for hitting.

I would think it's tied to a profile but I can't figure out how to NOT have to start from "Beginner" and advance via in-game successes.

Could have sworn this was possible now in MLB 21 to manually set your level.

Any help would be appreciated!!
