MLB The Show 19 Reporting Bugs

All Bugs should be reported here: https://theshownation.com/bugs/new

While it is great that we login and share our findings with others, it does not really help if SDS does not know about them! The link above is the official bug tracker for all things The Show.

You can pick where it happens, how often, describe the issue, and describe how it is supposed to work. I encourage anyone who has a bug to send their info there. It will be 1000000% more productive than just posting here in OS.

Mods, can I ask this be a sticky? Thanks.

Re: MLB 19: Reporting Bugs

I've already submitted the report, just saying it as a warning, in my carry over, generated pitchers are being forced into the DH spot, despite not having a secondary position and that a DH is set in the lineup screen.

That DH gets kicked out and the pitcher is forced in. The player can adjust it back in the pre-game lineup screen, but it's happening to the CPU as well.

Just faced Boston where they had their ace batting leadoff despite having at or near zero batting attributes and 14 speed.

What year did this carryover start? Is Shohei Ohtani an actual player in your franchise or a CAP?

The pre pitch cameras do not work if you’re in quick counts in all modes - not sure if it’s a bug

Re: MLB The Show 19 Reporting Bugs

Just had a weird bug. My 1B grabbed a grounder around behind the base, I pressed the 1B button and he decided to jog past the base..... toward the dugout. He basically gave the runner the hit/base and jogged for the shower maybe?

Seriously, what’s going on with the service time and no name audio as well on players, such as blue jays Lourdes Gurriel.

Re: MLB The Show 19 Reporting Bugs

Manager/Coach ages are waaay off in Franchise mode.

Larry Rothschild is 65 in real life but 59 in the show.
Kevin Cash is 41 in real life but 38 in the show.
Tony La Russa is 74 in real life but 62 in the show.

It's a small issue but it's still annoying.

Also, the Bullpen in T-Mobile Park is weird.

The doors don't line up, it looks like they just flipped the asset:

This is the 2nd year in a row where ive noticed this.

Other than this stuff, im really enjoying the game so far!
