Don't know if this is going to make it into MLB The Show 19, but as of today, Safeco Field has officially been rebranded and renamed T-Mobile Park.

I think it makes it in.

Might have to be via patch (aka Rockies new scoreboard) but I think it makes it in.

Misunderstood what the thread was about because of title. I figured it was GONE maybe it fell over because of the Kingdome implosion.
But yeah, like jaffith, it will always be safeco.
I still sometimes think of minutemaid as enron lol

Thread title is so misleading. I thought it had been deleted from the game or something crazy like that.

Pretty sure it will be in. It was announced over a month ago (see the MLB Off-Topic Thread) the Safeco sign was also removed around that time as well.

Does that mean they will wear purple uniforms now?

The worst change for me was when they changed ‘The Jake’ to Progessive Field.

safeco does sound better but since its just trading one corporate entity for another, I'll survive. But god save the queen when Wrigley becomes ’’Walgreen's Wrigley Field’’ or Fenway ’’Raytheon Park’’.
