So for the last few weeks, every time I launch the game it changes the display area, meaning I have to go into settings and change it to fit my screen. Anyone else having this issue?

Very strange indeed. I have 50" 4K TV that I play on and I just switch inputs from my Roku to my PS4 and fire up the game with no display issues at all.
