Ok So I am upgrading my internal hard drive and will be backing up all my games to an external hard drive. If I backup The Show will I lose all my settings and profiles? Like the sots music I have imported and what not?

I'm not 100% sure. I'm not sure you can back up game saves to an external hard drive. I run an external 1 TB external drive, and have the MLB The Show 18 game installed to it. But, all the game saves, franchise saves, rosters, etc are all saved to the internal hard drive.

You can back up game installs. Read up on backing up ps4.
