Excessive passed balls - Anyone else experiencing this?

Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Ive tried every level of pitching, adjusted sliders/etc...and my catcher still misses nearly every pitch.

My catcher does not play another position (he's a primary catcher)

Here's a video

Who was the catcher, was it a created player that you created? Or maybe a generated minor leaguer you brought up to the MLB team? What are his ratings for fielding, blocking, and reaction?

I agree that there are too many of these in a game, no matter the catcher. Or at the very least, two many balls bounce way too far.

This has been an issue for a few years, at least. It would be cool if these were more organic, and less canned looking too as it seems the ball goes one of maybe 3-4 different places that are pre-scripted.

I had this happen as well in spring training game. I looked and the player behind the plate was a second baseman. Don't remember what team I was playing against nor the player.

Yeah a lot of 3rd strikes you have to throw to 1st base, far too many and its been an issue forever. Along with the passed balls.

I use the Giants and they have Buster Posey. I experience passed balls more often than what I see in real life. It is definitely noticeable.
