Matchmaking rating explanation help in mlb17

Hopefully in one of the upcoming streams SDS can explain matchmaking ratings for every game mode. I saw the stream talking about taking your overall DD team rating and your game rating into account when doing match making, but does this also count for the events? Or are events separate? Also how is battle royale matchmaking done? It shows a rating "field" that it's looking for when searching but that it no way corresponds to a players DD rating.

Also in seasons when searching does each season restart your search rating at zero or will it use your overall DD rating?

If anyone knows any of this info, if I missed it I would sure appreciate it. Thanks and thanks to devs for making an enjoyable game year in and out.

Not sure they have released anything about that other than the fact that the team now will have an effect
