Online Franchise Disappeared?

I created a franchise very early on near the game's release and recently noticed my franchise was deleted when I returned home from a two-week vacation.

I am very upset, as I spent countless hours playing with my friends and building my team in the franchise as I played nearly 100 games.

I assume it is like last year that they automatically deleted franchises that were created prior to a certain date?

Unreal, and I doubt my friends will be up for starting over...
